Resolution 11725 RESOLUTION NO. 11725
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", so as
to exclude from the "RC" Single Family Estate District and to
include in the "RE" Multiple Family District, as said Districts
are defined in said Ordinance, and to place in such Area Dis-
trict or Districts described in said Ordinance as the City
Council shall deem appropriate, those certain parcels of land
situate in the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
described as follows:
Blocks 1 and 2, ALTOS DEL MAR NO. 1,
according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 40,
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida
and
Blocks 2, 3, 4 and 5, ALTOS DEL MAR
NO. 2, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 162,
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
and,
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
1 Florida is also considering amending said Ordinance so as to
exclude from the "RD" Single Family District and to include in
the "RE" Multiple Family District, as said Districts are
defined in said Ordinance, and to place in such Area District
or Districts described in said Ordinance as the City Council
shall deem appropriate, those certain parcels of land situate
in the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as
follows:
Blocks 15 and 16, ALTOS DEL MAR NO. 1,
according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 40, of
the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida
and
Blocks 6, 7, 8 and 9, ALTOS DEL MAR
NO. 2, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 162,
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 16th day of March,

1966, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. in the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
