Resolution 11729 RESOLUTION NO. 11729
WHEREAS an agreement has been prepared between the City of
Miami Beach and International Fashion Festival, Inc. , a Florida
corporation, for the staging and production of the "Inter-
national Fashion Festival" in the City of Miami Beach during
the period of May 4, 1966 to May 7, 1966, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said agreement with
said corporation, and deems it to be in the best interests of
the City and its inhabitants that the same be executed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and
deliver said agreement with said corporation, and the appro-
priate fiscal officers of the City are hereby authorized and
directed to make the disbursements therein set forth in the
manner and at the times therein specified.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, 1966.
