Resolution 12277 RESOLUTION NO. 12277
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami
Beach, Florida", so as to exclude from the "BG" Business District
and to include in the "RD" Single Family District,
and to include in such new or appropriate Area District,
all those certain parcels of land on Fishers Island
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the
6th day of December, 1967, at 3:00 o' clock P. M. , in
the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and
Finance Director be and she is hereby directed to give
fifteen days ' notice of the time, place and object of said
hearing by public notice thereof, published in the Miami
Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in
said City.
