Resolution 12281 RESOLUTION NO. 12281
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering amending Sections 21 and
22 of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of City of Miami Beach, Florida" , so as to
provide that a period of one (1) year must elapse after
rejection of an application for a change in zoning
before reapplication can be made for same, and so as to
provide that a period of six (6) months must elapse
after rejection of an application for a variance from
the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance before reapplication
for said variance can be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the
20th day of December, 1967, at 10:55 o' clock A. M. in the
Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the
consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and
Finance Director be and she is hereby directed to give
fifteen days ' notice of the time, place and object of said
hearing by public notice thereof, published in the Miami
Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in
said City.
