RESOLUTION NO. 12288
WHEREAS, it is proposed by the State of Florida, through
the State Road Department of Florida, to locate, construct and
maintain or improve a portion of State Road A-1-A in Dade
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to
said project are owned by the City of Miami Beach; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida, a request has
been made for a conveyance of a portion of said lands of this
city; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
and Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the necessary instruments in the name of
and on behalf of said City in order to effect such conveyance.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1967.
