Resolution 12291 RESOLUTION NO. 12291
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on December 6, 1967, awarded the contract for
the official limousine of the City to PERSHING AUTO LEASING,
INC. , a Florida corporation, for a period of two years,
commencing January 1, 1968, at a total rental for the two
period period of $10, 176.00; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the
City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement,
with the terms of which the City Council is familiar;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk and Finance Director be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the said agreement in
the name of and on behalf of said City; and that the proper
financial officers of the City be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to make the disbursements in accordance
with the provisions of said agreement, from funds of the
City available for such purpose.
