Resolution 12293 RESOLUTION NO. 12293
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the existing Lease by and between the said
City and Junior Chamber International for the premises now
occupied by said Junior Chamber International, dated April 19,
1961, for a period of five (5) years commencing June 17, 1961,
and having been renewed and extended on a month to month basis,
by Council Resolution No. 11881, dated June 22, 1966, be further
renewed and extended on a month to month basis, through
December 31, 1968, upon the same terms and conditions as set
forth in the existing Lease.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1967.
