Certain members of the Miami Beach City Commission are appointed as City
representatives to Non-City Boards and/or Committees. At the April 9, 2003 City
Commission Meeting, the Administration was requested to include in the Board and
Committee Section (R9A) of the Agenda, a list of all Non-City Boards and/or Committees
and to designate a section in the City Commission Agenda for the placement of the Non-
City Board and/or Committee meeting minutes.
Beginning with the April 30, 2003 City Commission Agenda, any Non-City Board and/or
Committee meeting minutes forwarded via an Inter-Office Memorandum addressed to
Jorge M. Gonzalez, City Manager, will be included in the Reports and Informational Items
Section of the Commission Agenda.
Attached is the list of Non-City Boards and/or Committees. The City Clerk's Office is
working with the Mayor and Commission staff to develop a comprehensive list.
