Resolution 12318 RESOLUTION NO.
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-519 DISTRICT H-519
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of January, 1968 , the City
Council passed and adopted resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Highway Improvement H-519, District
H-519
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and estimate of the
cost thereof, including estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, City Clerk that the he shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 17th day of January
1968 , at 10:55 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution • ordering said improvement .
