Resolution 12322 RESOLUTION NO. 12322
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami
Beach, Florida" , and the maps attached thereto and
made a part thereof, so as to exclude from the "RD"
Single Family District and to include in the "RE" Multiple
Family District, as said districts are set forth and
defined in said ordinance, and to include in such Area
District as the City Council may deem appropriate, that
certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, described as follows, to wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 20, ALTOS
DEL MAR NO. 1, according to the
Corrected Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 31, at page 40 of the
public records of Dade County, Florida.
✓ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 3rd day of
April, 1968, at 2: 00 o'clock P. M. , in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15)
days ' notice of the time, place and object of said hearing
by public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily
Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1968.
