Resolution 12328 RESOLUTION NO. 12328
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amending
those portions of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as
the "Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach, Florida, "
pertaining to off street parking regulations and permissible
percentage of land use or coverage in accordance with the
recommendations of the Miami Beach Development Commission,
as set forth in Phase Three of the Report of said Commission,
or in such other manner as the Council shall deem to be
in the best interest of the City of Miami Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 13th
day of February, 1968, at 7:00 o'clock P. M. in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose
of considering said proposed amendments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen
(15) days notice of the time, place and object of said hearing
by public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily
Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City.
