Resolution 12330 RESOLUTION NO. 12330
WHEREAS , pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1652,
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on the 5th day of June, 1967, as amended by Ordinance No. 1659,
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach on the 6th
day of September, 1967, the Tourist Development Authority, created
by said Ordinance No. 1652, prepared and on the 17th day of
January, 1968, submitted to the City Council a "Proposed Budget"
for the said Tourist Development Authority; and
WHEREAS , the City Council has examined and does hereby
approve said "Proposed Budget", as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said primary budget, as
amended, in the amount of $ 1 ,785,000.00 be and the same is
hereby adopted.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1968.
