Resolution 12344 RESOLUTION NO. 12344
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor' s Committee, hereto-
fore designated and known as the Mayor's Advisory Committee
on Juvenile Narcotics, be and the same is hereby designated,
and shall hereafter be known as the Mayor's Advisory
Committee on Juvenile Problems.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the present membership
of fourteen members shall continue until said membership,
by resignations, expirations of term, or otherwise, is
reduced to nine, at which time the permanent membership
of said Committee shall consist of nine members, each of
whom shall have a term of two years.
