BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the proposal set forth in a Letter-Agreement
from Victor Gruen, dated February 12, 1968, for the performance
of professional services to develop a financial program for the
Miami Beach Central Area/Civic and Convention Center, be and
the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said City Manager be authorized
and directed to cause to be prepared a formal contract for
execution by the City and Victor Gruen for the services as
established in the letter of February 12, 1968.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of February, A.D. 1968.
