BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk and
Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and deliver, in the name and in behalf
of said City, the Letter-Agreement by and between the City
of Miami Beach and Victor Gruen, Architect, dated February
12, 1968, and setting forth an agreement for the performance
of professional services to develop a financial program
for the Miami Beach Central Area/Civic and Convention Center
Financial Program, as more fully set forth in said Letter-
Agreement, for a consideration of Fifteen Thousand ($15, 000.00)
Dollars, payable as set forth in said Letter-Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the financial officers of
the City be and they are hereby authorized and directed to make
the payments called for by said agreement, as the same shall
come due.
