Resolution 12362 RESOLUTION NO. 12362
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, is considering
amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida", and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, so as to provide that it shall be unlawful for any person to
park or cause to be parked a truck, tractor, trailer or semi-trailer upon
any parcel of land of the City zoned as "RAA", "RA", "RB", "RC", "RD" and
"RDD" use districts, except while loading or unloading property or when
such vehicle is parked in connection with and in aid of the performance of
a service to or on the parcel of land on which the said vehicle is parked.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the same is hereby
called to be held on the 17th day of April , 1968, at 11 :00 o'clock A.M. ,
in the Council Chambers, City Hall , Miami Beach, Florida, for the con-
sideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Finance Director be
and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) day's notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof, published in
the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said
City.
