Resolution 12369 RESOLUTION NO. 12369
WHEREAS, the University of Miami , a Florida corporation, has
requested the City to renew its lease for certain docking facilities
located in the vicinity of the City shops for the use of the vessel
known as the auxiliary ketch "ARGOSY", for a period of one year
commencing March 2, 1968, upon the same terms and conditions as the
existing lease; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be for the best interest
of the City that such lease be renewed for said one year pa-iod, upon
the same terms and conditions as the lease now in existence;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that it does hereby authorize and give
approval to the renewal of said lease, commencing March 2, 1968, for
said docking facilities for the auxiliary ketch "ARGOSY", upon the
same terms and conditions as the existing lease.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1968.
