Resolution 11748 RESOLUTION NO. 11748
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", so as
to exclude from the "RE" Multiple Family District and to in-
clude in the "BAA" Business District, and to include in such
new or appropriate Area District that certain parcel of land
situate in the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
described as follows:
Lots 4 and 5, and the South 19.71 feet
of Lot 6, Block 3, Orchard Subdivision
No. 4, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 30,
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 16th day of March, 1966
at 11:00 A. M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
