Resolution 11764 RESOLUTION NO. 11764
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 11716, be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that it is the consensus of said City Coun-
cil that no member of any City Board or Commission, for or on
behalf of such Board or Commission should make or issue any
statement for publication concerning any report of such Board
or Committee prior to the submission thereof and the action
thereon by the City Council except before the City Council
during consideration thereof, and that the membership of said
Boards and Committees be duly informed of the contents hereof:
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1966.
