Resolution 12399 RESOLUTION NO. 12399
WHEREAS the City of Miami Beach heretofore entered
into an agreement with the Miami Beach Federal Savings and Loan
Association on December 22, 1966, whereby said Association
performed certain computer services for the City, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
finds and determine3 that it is to the best interests of the
said City to amend said agreement in certain particulars, and
to extend said agreement as amended for a period of one year
to expire on March 31, 1969, and
WHEREAS an agreement has been prepared setting forth
certain changes and amendments with which the City Council is
familiar, and extending said agreement as aforesaid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
and Finance Director be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute and deliver, for and in the name of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, a formal agreement by and between the
Miami Beach Federal Savings and Loan Association and the City
of Miami Beach, as amended, and that the proper finance and
disbursing officials of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be
and they are hereby authorized to expend and disburse the funds
payable under said agreement.
