Resolution 12411 RESOLUTION NO. 12411
WHEREAS, in the passing of AUGUST GEIGER, long-time
resident of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the community
has sustained an immeasurable loss,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that it express, on behalf
of itself and the residents and citizens of the City of Miami
Beach, its deepest appreciation and great indebtedness to
AUGUST GEIGER, and that said City, its citizens and residents
do hereby unite in public tribute to the memory of a dedicated
man. His memory will be cherished and will live on in those
whose lives have been touched by his abilities and talents.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a duly certified copy of
this Resolution be transmitted forthwith by the City Clerk to
the family of AUGUST GEIGER, as a lasting testimonial of our
sincere sympathy.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1968.
