Resolution 12424 RESOLUTION NO, 12424
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolution No. 12401 , passed and adopted on the
17th day of April , 1968, ordered the construction of Highway
Improvement H-520, and
WHEREAS, this Body has subsequently decided to abandon
this aforementioned contemplated improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolution
No. 12401 , ordering said Highway Improvement H-520, be and
the same is hereby rescinded and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1968.
