Resolution 12433 RESOLUTION NO. 12433
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , and the
maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to exclude
from the "BA" Business District and to include in the "RE"
Multiple-Family District, and in an appropriate Area District
as said districts are set forth and defined in said ordinance,
that certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, described as follows, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 116 , OCEAN BEACH
ADDITION NO. 4, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3 at
page 151 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH; FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 5th day of
June, 1968, at 2 : 00 o' clock P.M. , in the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and
Finance Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen
(15) days ' notice of the time, place and object of said hearing
by public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily
Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City.
