BUILDING DEPARTMENT RETREAT - THURSDAY, MAY 29, 2003
As part of the City's commitment to Organizational Development, one of the City's five (5)
strategic priorities, and as part of the Business Resolution Task Force efforts, the Building
Department will be holding a Departmental retreat on Thursday, May 29~ and
consequently the Department will be closed that day. The attached notices are being
disseminated to contactors, residents and businesses in the community. Additionally,
notices have been posted in the Department over the past several weeks and a scroll
message will be televised on Channel 20 during the May 21, 2003 City Commission
meeting and leading up to that date. Other City Staff will be assigned to the Building
Department to help customers that may come to the offices that day and additional staff
will be assigned to the City's answer center.
