Resolution 12446 RESOLUTION NO. 12446
WHEREAS , the City of Miami Beach has employed R. W. PRESSPRICH &
CO. INCORPORATED, as a Financial Consultant in connection with financing the
City's proposed project for a Civic Cultural Convention Center Complex by
letter agreement dated January 18, 1967; and,
WHEREAS , said R. W. PRESSPRICH & CO. INCORPORATED has changed
its name to THE PRESSPRICH CORPORATION , effective as of March 1, 1968,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said letter agreement continue
in full force and effect and that the proper financial officers of the said City
be and they are hereby duly authorized to make the disbursements required to
be made thereunder to THE PRESSPRICH CORPORATION.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of June , 1968 .
