Resolution 12460 RESOLUTION NO. 12460
WHEREAS, in the accomplishment of certain phases of
D.H.U.D. Project No. WS-3-10-0157, Part A, particularly with
reference to a new 30" water transmission line, it will be
necessary for the City of Miami Beach to utilize various
portions of the Venetian Causeway, and
WHEREAS , to so do requires the consent and approval
of the Board of County Commissioners of Dade County, Florida,
in its capacity as the Dade County Port Authority, and
WHEREAS , an Agreement has been prepared setting forth
such consent and approval and the conditions, terms, and
provisions thereof, with which the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach has been made familiar, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to the best interests of the City of Miami Beach
that said Agreement be entered into,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said Agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
