Resolution 12461 RESOLUTION NO. 12461
WHEREAS Washington Federal Savings and Loan Association
desires to lease the Municipal Pier for a Fireworks display
on July 4, 1968, and
WHEREAS an appropriate agreement has been prepared
setting forth the conditions upon which such use shall be
permitted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said agreement
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and the City
Clerk and Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the same for and in the name of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the financial officers of the
City make the disbursements required thereby.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 26th day of June , 1968.
