Resolution 12464 RESOLUTION NO. 12464
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that copies of Ordinance No. 1697 of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, commonly known as the
"Gun Registration Ordinance" , adopted this date by the
City Council of Miami Beach, Florida, be transmitted by
the City Clerk and Finance Director to each member of the
Dade County delegation to the State Legislature; to each
member of the Metropolitan Dade County Commission; and
also to the President of the State Senate, the Honorable
Verle Pope, and the Speaker of the House of the State
House of Representatives, the Honorable Ralph Turlington;
for their consideration and such action as they may deem
advisable.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 1968.
