Resolution 12465 RESOLUTION NO. 12465
WHEREAS AMERICAN LEGION POST NO. 85, a Florida
non-profit corporation, was the successful bidder for "Beach
Equipment Concessions in Several Miami Beach Ocean Front Parks" ,
in accordance with the terms of those certain specifications
dated May 16, 1968 ; and
WHEREAS an agreement covering said concession has
been prepared and submitted to the City Council ; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is familiar with the terms of the said agreement and deems it
to be to the best interest of the City of Miami Beach to enter
into said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk-Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said agreement for and in the name of
said City.
