Resolution 11778 RESOLUTION NO. 11778
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that all those certain agreements with the City
and owners of certain outlots on Indian Creek and on the
western side of Collins Avenue pertaining to the exchange of
lands in connection with the widening of Collins Avenue be
amended, with the consent of said owners, to provide for a
completion date of December 31, 1967, and that Ben Shepard,
Esq. be and he is hereby employed as Special Counsel to draft
and obtain such Amended Agreements with said Owners.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1966.
