Resolution 11783 RESOLUTION NO. 11783
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", so as
to exclude from the "RD" Single Family District and to include
in the "RE" Multiple Family District, and to include in such
new or appropriate Area District that certain parcel of land
situate in the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
described as follows :
Lots 21 and 22, Block 39, Miami View
Section, Isle of Normandy, Part 1,
according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 80,
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TUE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 4th day of May, 1966 at
10:00 A. M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1966.
