Resolution 11788 RESOLUTION NO. 11788
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That an account, to be known and designated as
"City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall
Payroll Account" be and the same is hereby authorized to be set up
as a separate account in the Mercantile National Bank of Miami Beach,
a City depository.
SECTION 2: That all withdrawals of funds from said "City of Miami
Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall Payroll Account"
shall be upon regular City of Miami Beach checks, designated "City
of Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall Payroll Account",
each bearing two signatures, as follows:
By Irving Ducoff, Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
By Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Aide II,
countersigned
By R. S. Dawson, Building Superintendent,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
By 'Malice B. Deckelman, Account Clerk.
SECTION 3: That a certified copy of this resolution be furnished
the Mercantile National Bank of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of March, 1966.
