Resolution 11794 RESOLUTION NO. 11794
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
heretofore, under the provisions of Resolution No. 11457, en-
tered into an Agreement with Metropolitan Dade County whereby
the Metropolitan Dade County Planning Department agreed to per-
form certain local planning services on a contractual basis at
actual cost, and
WHEREAS thereafter Metropolitan Dade County evolved an
amended form of agreement termed an "Alternate Agreement" per-
taining to the same subject matter and has requested the City
to execute said Alternate Agreement, and
WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the terms and
provisions thereof and deems it to be to the best interest of
the City and its citizens to enter into said Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute the said
Alternate Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami
Beach, and that the financial officers of the City be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to make disbursements in
accordance with said Alternate Agreement.
