Resolution 11795 RESOLUTION NO. 11795
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA that that portion of Resolution No. 11575 reading
as follows:
"5. (e) To make and to recommend to the City
Council for submission to the electorate of
the City at an election to be held on the
last Tuesday in May, 1966, a comprehensive
general plan. . . "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"5. (e) To make and to recommend to the City
Council a comprehensive general plan. . . "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida that that portion of Paragraph 5 (e) reading
as follows:
"The Commission shall prepare said Comprehen-
sive Plan with all reasonable dispatch, but
shall complete and submit the same to the
City Council not later than March 1st, 1966
so as to enable the citizens and residents of
the City to become fully familiar therewith. "
