Resolution 12513 RESOLUTION NO. 1 251 3
WHEREAS , Albert D. Hoiss has served as a
member of the Board of Trustees of the Retirement and
Pension System for the employees of the City of Miami
Beach, without remuneration and with dedication and
devotion to duty from September 1 , 1965 , to August 31 ,
1968 , and by his unsparing service , has served both
the employees of the City of Miami Beach and the City ,
and
WHEREAS , the City Council has learned with
regret of the expiration of said Albert D. Hoiss ' term
on said Board;
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that this
resolution be deemed a formal expression of deep
appreciation and grateful recognition on behalf of
itself , the employees , the citizens and residents of
the City of Miami Beach, for the services rendered by
the said Albert D. Hoiss.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a certified
and formal copy of this resolution be transmitted to
the said Albert D. Hoiss as a further expression of
the City Council ' s appreciation.
