Resolution 11810 RESOLUTION NO. 11810
WHEREAS the agreement between the City of Miami Beach and
Peekskill Enterprises, Inc. for the staging and production of
the Jackie Gleason Show from the Miami Beach Auditorium is soon
to expire, and
WHEREAS the parties are mutually desirous of entering into
a new Agreement for the year 1966-1967, and
WHEREAS an Agreement setting forth the terms and provi-
sions thereof has been prepared and the City Council being
familiar with the terms and provisions thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the said agreement be and
the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for
and in the name of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and that
the financial officers of the City make the disbursements
required thereby.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1966.
