2003 ASSESSMEI~IT ROLL ESTIMATE
Date: June 3, 2003
As required by Florida Statue, the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser advised us that
the 2003 Assessment Roll Estimate for the City of Miami Beach is $12,200,000,000. The
preliminary estimate is for budget planning purposes only. The official assessment will be
released on July 1,2003.
This estimate represents an increase of 15.5% over the 2002 preliminary assessment of
$10,560,066,688. At this time, the estimate does not provide break-out of new construction
or the Redevelopment Districts.
