Resolution 12524 RESOLUTION NO. 12524
WHEREAS AMZ CONCESSIONS AND CATERERS, INC. , a
Florida corporation, was the successful bidder for "The
Rental of Beach Equipment and the Sale of Soft Drinks,
Ice cream, Sandwiches and Sundry items at the 46th Street
and the 53rd Street Miami Beach Ocean Front Parks" , in
accordance with the terms of those certain specifications
dated September 9, 1968 ; and
WHEREAS an agreement covering said concession
has been prepared and submitted to the City Council ; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach is familiar with the terms of the said agreement and
deems it to be to the best interest of the City of Miami Beach
to enter into said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk-Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said agreement for and in the name of
said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 1968.
