Resolution 12527 RESOLUTION NO. 12527
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the proposed agreement by and
between the City of Miami Beach and the Miami Beach Municipal
Employees Local Union No. 1554, American Federation of
State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, setting
forth certain provisions concerning wages, hours and
other terms and conditions of employment affecting the
classes of employees set forth in said agreement, as
recommended by the City Manager, and with which the City
Council is familiar, be and the same is hereby approved,
ratified and confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk
of the City of Miami Beach be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and deliver the same for and in
the name of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 1968.
