Resolution 12532 RESOLUTION NO. 12532
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Aiami Beach,.
Florida , is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach: Florida and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, by deleting from Section 5
the provision authorizing banks and savings and loan associations
in the "RE" Multiple-Family Use District. and to place such banks
and savings and loan associations presently in the said "RE"
Multiple-Family Use District into a new use district to be known as
the "RF" Use District, which shall contain, in addition to said banks
and savings and loan associations, such other uses as the City
Council may determine, and also to authorize banks and savings and
loan associations presently in Business Use Districts to continue as
permissible uses in any and all Business Use Districts in the City,
from "BAAA" to "BF" Business Use Districts, both inclusive, and to
place the following parcels of land in the said proposed "RF" use
district :
All of Block 35, OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3 ;
Plat Book 2 , page 81 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida;
Lots 4 through 9, inclusive, Block 3, ORCHARD
SUBDIVISION NO. 4, Plat Book 25, page 30 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
Lots 5 through 10, inclusive, Block 53, PINE
RIDGE SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 6, page 34 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
Lots 7 through 20; inclusive, Block 31, FISHER'S
FIRST SUBDIVISION OF ALTON BEACH; Plat Book 2 ,
page 77 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida ;
All of Block 22 , AMENDED PLAT OF GOLF COURSE
SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 6, page 26 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
All of Block 9, OCEANSIDE SECTION, ISLE OF
NORMANDY; Plat Book 25,page 60, and Plat Book 40
at page 35, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
West one-half of Block 22 , OCEAN BEACH ADDITION
NO. 3, Plat Book 2 , page 81, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ZIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a public hearing be and the same
is hereby called to be held on November 6, 1968, at 4 :00 P.A. in
Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the
consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days '
notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a daily newspaper
of general circulation in said City.
