This Letter to the Commission is to advise the Mayor and City Commission of promotions in the
Police Department. It is with great pride that I announce the following promotions which are
effective June 9, 2003:
Richard Pelosi Captain of Police
David De La Espriella Sergeant of Police
A promotional ceremony will be held on Friday, June 6, 2003 at 4:00 PM in the Police Department's
