SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-275 A five foot (5 ' ) concrete sidewalk on both sides of
Wayne Avenue from Seventy-third (73rd) Street to
Michael Street, south side of Michael Street from
Wayne Avenue to Gary Avenue, east side of Gary Avenue
from Michael Street to Bruce Street, both sides of
Bruce Street from Gary Avenue to Wayne Avenue, and
both sides of 73 Street from the canal to Wayne
Avenue.
As said Streets and Avenues are shown on Plats re-
corded in Plat Book Seventy-seven (77) , Page Twelve
(12) and Plat Book Sixty (60) , Page Six (6) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates ,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , interest dur-
ing construction, legal services , abstracts , etc. , and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-275 and is des-
cribed as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting as follows :
Wayne Avenue from Seventy-third (73rd) Street to Michael
Street; south side of Michael Street from Wayne Avenue to
Gary Avenue; east side of Gary Avenue from Michael Street
to Bruce Street; Bruce Street from Gary Avenue to Wayne
Avenue; and Seventy-third (73rd) Street from the canal
to Wayne Avenue.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-275 and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District SK-275 .
PASSED and ADOPTED THIS 4th DAY OF May, A.D. 1966.
