Resolution 12544 RESOLUTION NO. 12544
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , and
the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, by creating
a new Use District to be known as "RDH" Single-family District,
wherein the following uses will be permitted, to wit:
1. Any use permitted in the "RC"
Estate District;
2 . Single-family dwellings ;
3. Golf courses ;
4. Accessory buildings including a
private garage ;
5 . Automobile parking areas for hospitals .
and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending said Zoning Ordinance by
including the following described parcels of land in said
newly-created "RDH" Single-family Use District, to wit:
Lots 12 to 17, both inclusive, Block 13,
NAUTILUS ADDITION; according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 8 at page
130 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on November 20, 1968,
at 2 :00 p.m. , in Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and
Finance Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen
(15) days ' notice of the time, place and object of said hearing
by public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun,
a daily newspaper of general circulation in said City.
