Resolution 11847 RESOLUTION NO. 11847
BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, that in addition to the present existing duties of the
Mayor ' s Safety Committee, that it be and it is hereby charged
with the duty and responsibility of advising upon all matters
referred to it by the City Council, pertaining to the promotion
of safety upon the public streets and the elimination of hazards
to traffic.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be
effective immediately upon its passage.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of May A. D.
1966.
