Resolution 12545 RESOLUTION NO. 12545
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , and
the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to
exclude from the "BAA" Business District, and to include in the
"RE" Multiple-Family District, assaid districts are set forth
and defined in said ordinance, and to include in such Area
District as the City Council may deem appropriate, the following
described parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City
of Miami Beach, County of Dade and State of Florida, to wit:
Lots 3 through 9, inclusive, Block 116,
OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 4, according to
the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3
at page 151 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida; more particularly described
as follows , to wit:
Lot 3, also known as 449 Ocean Drive;
Lot 4, also known as 445 Ocean Drive;
Lot 5, also known as 433 Ocean Drive;
Lot 6, also known as 425 Ocean Drive;
Lots 7, 8 and 9, being also known as
401 Ocean Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and
the same is hereby called to be held on November 20, 1968, at
4 :00 P.M. , in Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15)
days ' notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by
public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun,
a daily newspaper of general circulation in said City.
