Resolution 11849 RESOLUTION NO. 11849
WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution No. 11575 and pursuant
to contract the firm of Stutsman, Kennelly, Neidigh and Associates has
prepared and delivered to the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
Phase One (Inventory and Analysis) and Phase Two (Plan Formation) of a
Comprehensive Development Plan for Miami Beach; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach to complete the Plan and enter into a contract with Stutsman, Kennelly,
Neidigh and Associates for the preparation of Phase Three on terms and
conditions contemplated at the time of entering into the original contract.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney shall prepare a contract on the terms and con-
ditions heretofore contemplated, with Stutsman, Kennelly, Neidigh and Associates
for the completion of Phase Three of the Comprehensive Development Plan for
Miami Beach. That Phase Three shall consist of a Capital Improvement Pro-
gram; Community Facilities Plan; Public Utilities Plan; Zoning Ordinance
recommendations and Zoning Map; and Subdivision Control Regulation and such
other items as are required to complete the Comprehensive Development Plan
for Miami Beach. That the contract price therefore shall be the sum of
Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred ($17, 500. 00) Dollars. The Mayor and the
City Clerk are authorized to execute such contract upon approval of the City
Attorney.
