Resolution 12546 RESOLUTION NO. 12546
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach .
Florida, on October 9, 1968, awarded the auditing contract
for the City of Miami Beach to SEYMOUR D. SINGER & COMPANY,
a partnership consisting of SEYMOUR D. SINGER, NATHAN SELDITCH
SIDNEY M. UNTERBERG and MARTIN SOBEL, for a period of two
years , commencing October 1, 1968; and
WHEREAS it is deemed to be in the best interest
of the City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement; and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an audit
contract with the terms of which the City Council is familiar ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk and Finance Director be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the aforesaid contract in
the name of and on behalf of said City; and that the proper
financial officers of the City be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to make the disbursements in accordance
with the provisions of said contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 1968.
