Resolution 12547 RESOLUTION NO. 12547
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , and the
maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to exclude
from the "RD" Single-Family Use District and to include in the
"RE" Multiple-Family Use District, as said districts are set
forth and defined in said ordinance, and to include in such
Area District as the City Council may deem appropriate, that
certain parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of
Miami Beach, County of Dade and State of Florida, more particularly
described as follows, to wit :
Lots 12 and 13, Block 32 , OCEANSIDE SECTION
and TROUVILLE SECTION, ISLE OF NORMANDY,
according to the plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 40 at page 35 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 18th day of
December, 1968, at 3 :00 P.M. , in Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk and
Finance Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen
(15) days' notice of the time, place and object of said hearing
by public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily
Sun, a daily newspaper of general circulation in said City.
