Resolution 11851 RESOLUTION NO. 11851
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That all withdrawals of funds from that certain City of
Miami Beach bank account in the Bank of Miami Beach
designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall
Account" shall be upon regular City of Miami Beach checks,
designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention Hall
Account" , each bearing two signatures, as follows:
By Irving Ducoff, Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
By Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Assistant;
Countersigned by either one of the following two individuals:
By F. L. Bleasdale, Administrative Aide II,
By B. Dew, Administrative Aide II
or in the absence or inability of either one of them to act for
any reason,
By Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Assistant
SECTION 2: That a certified copy of this resolution be furnished
to the Bank of Miami Beach.
iI SECTION 3: That Resolution No. 11710, passed and adopted by the
City Council on January 13, 1966, be and the same is
hereby rescinded.
