Resolution 12549 RESOLUTION NO, 12549
WHEREAS CAUSEWAY MARINA, INC. , is the Lessor of certain
storage and dock space in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and
the City of Miami Beach Police Department is the Lessee of that
certain storage or dockage space, under a lease agreement which
was scheduled to terminate on September 21, 1968, and
WHEREAS the City desires to extend the said Lease
Agreement for an additional period of one year, commencing
September 22, 1968, under the same terms and conditions as
appear in the existing agreement, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an extension
agreement with the terms of which the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach is familiar, and
WHEREAS the City Council deems it to be in the best
interests of the City of Miami Beach to enter into said
agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk and Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the said extension agreement for and
in behalf of the said City.
